Guacamole

Ingredients
1 whole poblano
2 avocados
cilantro
red onion
2 limes
2 tsp salt
Dice the poblano pepper and dice up about an eighth cup of red onion. Remove the skin and seed from the avocado and blend or mash into a paste. Cut two limes and juice them and add to the avocado paste. Chop a quarter cup cilantro and add to the avocado as well as the poblano and onion. Add about 2 tsp of salt to taste or more if necessary. Make and use as a great dip or side dish for chips and steaks!
Now multiply this by 4 and you could feed my family. We are guac-obsessed. Great recipe and proportions
